We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team.  We have multiple openings for differing skill sets and experience levels. 

Expect a diverse workload, quick pace and a wide range of projects.  All applicants must have a strong understanding of residential construction, a keen eye detail and an ability to logically solve complex problems.   Serious candidates with a proven track record should submit their resume and portfolio for immediate consideration.  Resumes will be kept confidential.

Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of residential construction. Ability to graphically depict how a building is put together. Has the flexibility to work on multiple styles and sizes of homes.

2. Ability to understand our clients, see the challenges with the site, identify the design direction and develop a logical solution. Has clear understanding of how different spaces “feel” and can develop them within a design. Has a keen eye for style, proportion and detail.

3. Strong understanding of architectural practice, construction documents and differing means and methods. A naturally good communicator both verbally and graphically. An encourager and teambuilder that has the innate ability to organize and streamline.

There is not an immediate need, but we are always looking for the following: Structural engineers, recent graduates, and client relations and interiors specialists.
